Smoked Meats

Currently, our meats are only delivered locally within 30 miles of the Baton Rouge area. Outside of the local area, within 70 miles, delivery fee is $50.

 

Orders must be placed at least 72 hours before desired date of delivery.

Our smoked meats are cooked to order; returns and refunds are not available. Please reach out to us with any questions you might have before ordering; we want to ensure your satisfaction before we begin your cook!

 

If there is a problem with your order or if you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make it right!

Every cut of meat, especially brisket is unique and may cook differently. Temperature stalls and other unforseen / unavoidable circumstances can affect the cook. While this does not affect the outcome of or the quality of the finished product, it can affect the cook time.

 

Some meats can be smoked in a few hours, while others require long, slow cooks. Weather can play a part in the time frame in which it takes the meat to reach optimal doneness, as well as the size, cut and other factors.

 

Brisket pricing - we choose only the best choice briskets available after orders are placed; cost will vary based on market availability, cut and weight. Average market price means we will choose the best cut of meat at the most cost efficient price point.

 

We only use fresh, never frozen meat that is procurred and cooked no more than 24 hours before a client's specified delivery date/time.
